We sell new notebooks manufactured by HP, Compaq, Toshiba, Acer and Lenovo.  Software, computer components, wireless accessories and other specialty computer and networking related products. We stock all necessary desktop computer components to make 24 hour turnaround computer repair (or less) a reality.

We also sell pre-owned computers and notebooks.  After they pass our 16 point inspection process. We've got a computer for every budget.  Prices as low as $79.  All of our pre-owned computer come with our exclusive 6 month parts, labor and 100% trade up warranty.

Services offered by FLASH PRO-TECHSPERTS stores include:  Same day on-site service, service contracts for volume users.  Drop off computer repair w/ 24* hour turnaround standard!  Even faster if you ask for our rush or priority rush service!  Wireless network design, construction and maintenance.  Now offering nationwide wireless broadband internet from Centennial Wireless.

Q. How much does the franchise cost?
A. Franchise Fee - $25,000 - Total initial investment ranges from $124,700 to $211,900.

Q. How much is the fee for continuing support services?
A. Very Low - The continuing services, or "royalty fee," is only 3% of your gross sales. This fee entitles you to use the FLASH PRO-TECHSPERTS logo and service marks, proprietary custom management software, 2 weeks of classroom and on the job training in our prototype store + 1 week of full time grand opening support, your own territory, forms, documents, contracts, tech tools, detailed operations manual, your own business website, continuous technical & marketing support, ongoing business development and counseling, regular operational field visits, additional field visits scheduled by request (for a nominal fee), a member of our operations support staff will spend up to three full days at your location helping you as needed.   E-mail marketing program, monthly teleconference with corporate and other benefits that come with being a FLASH PRO-TECHSPERTS franchise.

Q. How much money can I make?

Q. Do I need to be a computer technician to be effective?
A. Although basic computer knowledge will be useful and you probably would not be investigating the possibility of owning a computer store unless you had more than just a passing interest in the computer service technology industry.  The qualities that will serve you best are business leadership and team building skills along with a strong desire to succeed!  We will train you to effectively manage an organization that recruits, trains and motivates great computer minds with integrity along with the delicate balance of customer service & “peopleâ€� skills. 

Q. Will I have an exclusive territory?
A. FLASH PRO-TECHSPERTS will grant you an exclusive territory. Defined as an Area of Primary Responsibility that will surround the Franchised Store and typically contain a population of approximately 150,000 persons.

Q. What about advertising?
A. The FLASH PRO-TECHSPERTS name and reputation is an important part of our business. You will spend a minimum of $4,000 on grand-opening advertising during the first three months of operations. You will also spend at least 2% of your gross sales per month on local advertising.

Q. How much training is provided?
A. You will participate in an initial training course that lasts for 2 weeks. The initial training covers all material aspects of the operation of a FLASH PRO-TECHSPERTS Store and is comprised of classroom and on-the-job training.  You will also receive 1 week of full time grand opening support.

Q. What is the term of the Franchise Agreement?
A. The initial term of the Franchise Agreement is five years from the date the Franchise Agreement is signed. The franchise is renewable for three successive terms of five years each, providing you have complied with the provisions of the Franchise Agreement.

Q. Does Flash Pro-Techsperts offer financing?
A.  Flash Pro-Techsperts offers limited financing to qualified & committed buyers with at least $99,000 available to invest, call for details.
